Terms of Use
Last updated 7 October 2026
These are the terms for using Life Ledger during the public beta. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. Life Ledger is operated by Likheet Shetty, sole trader, ABN 85 890 686 537, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
It is a beta
Life Ledger is still being built. It may have bugs, features may change or be removed, and the beta may be paused or ended. The beta is free. Paid plans are planned for after the beta, and you will be told before anything is charged.
Provided as is
The app is provided as is, without promises that it will always work, be free of errors, or suit a particular purpose. Life Ledger is a record, not advice. It does not give financial, medical, or dietary advice, and the figures it shows are only as accurate as what has been entered or captured.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, liability for any loss from using the app is limited.
Your data is your responsibility
You are responsible for what you put in Life Ledger and for keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Because this is a beta, data could be lost or changed by a bug. You can export your ledger from the app at any time.
Keep your sign-in details safe, and only connect an AI model or grant phone permissions if you are comfortable with what they do. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.
Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, or bug reports, they may be used to improve Life Ledger, without payment or credit.
Fair use
Use the app lawfully. Do not try to break it, access other people's data, or use it to harm anyone.
Changes
These terms may change as the beta goes on. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
